Terms of Service

These terms apply when you download or use Arrow Flow ("the app"), published by Md Ashikur Rahman ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must follow these terms and the law. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, use cheats, bots or tools that give an unfair advantage or interfere with the app, or try to bypass ads or purchases.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on your devices. The app, its artwork, levels, sounds and name belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Virtual items

Coins, hints, skins, avatars and trophies are virtual items with no cash value. You cannot sell, trade or transfer them for money. They are stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Ads

The free version shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that give you a hint, an undo or coins. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products they promote.

Purchases

Arrow Flow Pro is a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks the Pro features listed in the app. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. You can restore a past purchase from the Pro screen on any device signed in to the same Google account.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or remove features, levels or the whole app at any time. Some updates are needed to keep playing. We try to keep the app working but do not promise it will always be available or error free.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new date will appear at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
