Privacy Policy

Arrow Flow ("the app", "we") is an Android puzzle game published by Md Ashikur Rahman. This policy explains what information the app and this website use, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What stays on your device
Your game progress is stored on your device only: levels, stars, coins, streaks, quests, trophies, skins, avatar and settings. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
What we collect through the app
We use third-party services to understand how the app is used, fix crashes and show ads. These services may collect the data in the table below.

Pro removes ads. If you have Pro, the app does not show ads.
Advertising and consent
Where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from the app settings when the option is shown, or reset your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings, Privacy, Ads). You can learn how Google uses data from partner apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Permissions
- Internet and network state: to load ads, send analytics and crash reports, and check for purchases.
- Notifications: only to send daily reminders. You can say no, or turn them off at any time.
- Vibration: for tap and error feedback. You can turn this off in Settings.
How we use the information
We use it to run and improve the game, fix bugs, show ads, and process purchases. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to make decisions that have legal effects on you.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers listed above, who process it for us under their own terms and privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Analytics and crash data held by Google are kept for a limited period set by Google. At the time of writing, Firebase Analytics event data is kept for 14 months at most.
Your choices and rights
- Uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your device.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Turn off notifications in Android settings.
- You may ask us to access or delete data we hold about you, and to stop processing it, by emailing ashik4339@gmail.com. Include the device model and app version so we can find the data. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Arrow Flow is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Data sent to Google services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
This website
This website does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will also tell you in the app.
